Instructions

Before use, store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.

For single use only; do not reuse; do not pre-heat; tear open outer wrapper only when ready to use; remove the warmer from outer wrapper; no shaking is required; peel away paper backing and place adhesive side on underclothing just below the neck and around the shoulders; DO NOT PLACE DIRECTLY ON SKIN; it will heat up gradually; it may take 30 minutes to heat up; for best results, place a jacket or any other outer clothing over the warmer.

After use, remove warmer by peeling off slowly to avoid possible damage to clothing; discard with regular household trash.
