Before use, store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.

For single use only; do not reuse; do not pre-heat; tear open outer wrapper only when ready to use; remove the warmer from outer wrapper; shake it several times to get the heat started; DO NOT PLACE DIRECTLY ON SKIN; it will heat up gradually; it may take 30 minutes to heat up; for best results, use between cloths, in a cloth pouch, or place a jacket over the warmer.

After use, discard with regular household trash.
