§ 1. Returns.

Not all returns will be accepted.

If you are unsatisfied with your Product for any reason you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the Product and request a refund. You may return any Product purchased on cozyy.us in accordance with the below terms.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 30 days of your date of delivery. You must contact us at info@cozyy.us to request and receive a RMA.

The return authorization number must be included along with your returned Product.

After you receive a RMA, please return the Product and email us back with the RMA and tracking number so we can track your return.

To receive a refund, you must return the Product to the address provided within 30 days of receipt of the RMA.

Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition. This means they are not physically broken or damaged. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.

Additional terms and conditions.

Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid are not refundable.

You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit.

If you return a Product (a) without a RMA or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, Top Shelf Brands LLC retains the right to either refuse acceptance of the return, or charge you a restocking fee of 30% of the original price of the Product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.

If the Product is inspected and determined to be in good physical condition, Top Shelf Brands LLC retains the right to charge you a 30% restocking fee. This fee is to cover the cost of labor and repackaging a Product that is found to be in good condition.

Individual product listings may have specific conditions for returning the listed item. Those terms must be followed in applicable cases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

§ 2. Refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned Product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds.

If you have not received a refund yet, then first check your bank account again. After that, please contact your credit card company or bank. Your refund may take some time to officially post to your account.

Sale Products.

Only regular priced Products may be refunded.

Sale Products will not be refunded.

Exchanges.

We only replace Products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a Product for the same Product, then send us an email at info@cozyy.us and we will provide you further instructions on where to return the Product for exchange. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges beyond 30 days from the date of delivery.
